Sheriff Zusack is a 1987 graduate of St. Clairsville High School. On January 6th 1991, he obtained an Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Akron.

Chief Deputy Glenn Moore graduated West Liberty State College in 1997 with a B.S. in Criminal Justice.

Chris Baker is a 1989 graduate of Woodsfield High School. In 1989 he enlisted in the U.S. Navy to where he served 9 years active duty.
